What about the hardware?

Most sites keep the readers they have. Where a door needs new equipment we quote the controller and reader at cost plus installation, once a survey confirms the model list. There is no hardware markup buried in the subscription.

Billing questions

Who counts as a person?
Anyone holding an active credential during the month. Visitors and contractors on time-limited passes are not counted.
Is there a minimum?
Ten people. Below that, the trial usually answers the question on its own.
Can we start with Access and add Time later?
Yes, and the change applies from the next billing month. Historic door events stay available, so attendance reporting can look backwards from the day you switch.
What does the trial include?
Fourteen days of the Access + Time plan with your own doors and people. No card details, and no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
